VICTORIA FIELDS
“You must do the thing you think you cannot do.”
— Eleanor Roosevelt
With over 23 years of experience in real estate development, and construction management, I have built a career centered on delivering high-quality projects, fostering strong client relationships, and ensuring seamless project execution. Throughout my career, I have taken on diverse roles that have given me a comprehensive understanding of the commercial real estate industry, that also include construction project management and operations to strategic development and client service.
My expertise spans construction oversight, design management, and project execution for commercial developments of all sizes. I have worked alongside top industry professionals, managing large-scale projects, refining operational efficiencies, and ensuring that every build meets the highest standards of craftsmanship and functionality. My hands-on approach allows me to work closely with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure each project is executed on time, within budget, and with precision.
As Chief Operating Officer at Equitable Building Company, I oversee project planning, budgeting, construction management, and quality control, ensuring that every project reflects our commitment to excellence. My role extends beyond construction—I am deeply involved in client relations, business development, operational strategy, and team leadership.
Originally from Savannah, Georgia, I have called Nashville home for over two decades and have witnessed firsthand its incredible growth and evolution. It is an honor contributing to the city’s growth and environment, shaping projects that enhance the community and stand the test of time.
Beyond my professional responsibilities, I am committed to community service in Nashville, serving as a Director for the Downtown Nashville Lions Club, where I help lead initiatives supporting individuals with disabilities and fundraising efforts for outreach programs. Outside of work and volunteering, I enjoy running, reading, and spending time with my husband, Zachary, our son Talley, daughter Anna Marie, and our granddaughter, Sophie Marie.
